- Mike Venner Review added: 2018.07.11★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Hotel is nice, decor is nice but i think the food could be better, it was hit and miss with some of the items and they seem to like putting popcorn in everything. The service however was very good and the staff attentive. The spa was very poor service, my father had booked a surprise treatment for my pregnant wife and booked the date especially because the person who is licensed to do pregnancy treatments was working. When we got there they changed it to a facial as the lady wasn't working now. No prior phonecalls to inform us, we could have swapped the night if we had known. Instead got a badly executed oily massage. When phoning up afterwards my father was told that they would give us a credit even though we would never be going back. No offer of refund.
